Introduction
Areas for application of the XL baking plate:
- The XL baking plate is designed for dishes which you usually cook in a pan on a stove or in a baking dish in an oven.
- Use it for dishes like pizza, quiche, gratins, lasagna, small roasts, chicken, ham and eggs, fried rice and tray-baked cakes/ pancakes, etc.
Tip:
- If you use grated cheese on top of your pizza, lasagna, quiche or gratins etc. please press it well onto the other ingredients to
avoid the cheese flying to the heating element.
- If you use it to cook stews as well please make sure that all ingredients are covered with liquid and that you stir from time to time.
- For easier take out of the food from the plate please use a cooking utensil like a flipper.
- Do not grill pieces of meat thicker than ~5cm in your airfryer to avoid the ingredients touching the heating element as the meat
will contract itself during cooking.
- If you experience inhomogeneous browning on top and bottom please either turn your food or reduce the temperature and cook
a bit longer.
