2. Installing the presser lifting unit

WARNING :
To protect against personal injury due to abrupt start of the machine, conduct maintenance works with
the power turned off.

(1) Installing the presser lifting cylinder

(2) Installing components to the machine

Attach roller 2 and pin 3 to cylinder knuckle 1
and fix pin 3 with two C rings.
Screw in cylinder knuckle 1 to the top end of the
cylinder rod.
The position of cylinder knuckle 1 is adjusted
after installing the cylinder on the machine head.
So, place it in an appropriate position.
Do not fix lock nut 4 here.
Assemble presser lifting cylinder couple 5.
head
Fix presser lifting cylinder mounting base 6 in
thecenter of the slot with screws 7.
