5.4 Removing the harness and the buckle

Step 1: Detach the straps from the connecting buckle of the shoulder cushions, as indicated
in illustration 1, then remove the shoulder straps as indicated in illustration 2, 3 and 4.
Step 2: As shown in illustration 8 on the next page, first adjust the child safety seat to the
fully inclined position, then remove the plastic cover next to the inclination adjustment lever.
Next, as shown in illustration 7, pass the small metallic plate through the slot in the seat's
shell and remove it from the harness. As shown in illustrations 5 and 6, remove the sheaths
and buckle clips and tidy the shoulder straps underneath the safety seat cover. Store all the
elements removed in a safe place.
