CAUSE
All the pump fluid passages.
All the paint regulator fluid passages.
The upper and lower balls are stuck?
The following parts are damaged or worn?
The ball seats (exhaust and intake valves).
The balls.
The O'rings of each ball seat
The PTFE diaphragms
The following parts are unscrewed or damaged?
The pump suction joint (N and R page 22) with
suction pump.
The suction joint (N page 22).
The lower adaptor.
The suction pipe of dip tube.
The nuts at the rod ends are loosened?
The following parts are damaged?
Diaphragms.
The O rings (ref. 23 page 22) between the PTFE
diaphragm and the diaphragm seat.
The paint regulator is closed?
Check air sources.
The air flow is interrupted by the air pipe
bending.
The air pressure is too low to start the pump.
The air regulator is closed.
The silencer (ref. 27 page 22) is clogged.
The following parts are clogged with some solidified paint?
The suction filter (of the dip tube).
The suction pipe (of the dip tube).
All the pump material passages.
All the paint regulator material passages.
The following parts are damaged or worn?
The ball seats.
The balls (ref. 9 page 22).
The PTFE diaphragms.
SOLUTION
Remove the solidified part.
