In addition to guide rings for ONE (#19164) and for CBM (#19171) systems that guide microkeratome heads
on ALTK artificial chamber (#19161) equipped with its universal chamber cover (#19162), Moria informs the
availability of a new guide ring to use with One Use Large-Cut (OU LC) heads for artificial chamber (#19184/xxx)
and the One Use-Plus (OUP) handpiece for artificial chamber (#19173).
1- Indication
OU LC heads for artificial chamber (#19184/xxx), guided by the OUP guide ring for ALTK (#19173) with the OUP
handpiece for artificial chamber (#19175), enable to create, with an automated motion, a complete lamellar
resection (without hinge) for donor graft preparation during keratoplasty surgery.

3- Instructions for use
1/ Remove the nut on the universal chamber (#19162), (Fig. 1 and 2)
2/ Set the OUP guide ring (#19173)
3/ Screw the OUP guide ring (#19173) on the universal chamber (#19162) until it is locked (Fig. 3)
See instruction for use #65090 included in heads #19184/xxx box for information on the setting of Evo3e Control
unit and artificial chamber, on graft positioning, heads preparation, graft cutting and end of procedure.
4- Maintenance
For the maintenance of the OUP guide ring (#19173), please refer to the guide rings maintenance mentioned in
the user manual #65009.
