BEFORE USING

Place the lower base on a stable, smooth, flat surface that has been cleaned
and dried to make it easier to set up the device and ensure the best
performance.
Make sure no packaging residue is caught on the device's openings or
cavities, or on any of its accessories.
Unwind the power cord.
Wash the stone and small pans with warm water and detergent. Dry them
using paper towels or a dry cloth.
Place the stone back on the base.
Plug the device into the outlet (compatible with the product's voltage).

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

1.
Make sure the stone is attached to the base properly and securely.
2.
Turn the temperature control knob clockwise to the desired temperature. The
red pilot light will turn on.
3.
The grill may produce some smoke. Make sure the device is properly
ventilated.
Note:
The first time the grill heats up, it may produce a characteristic smell
and some smoke. This is normal.
4.
Wait a few minutes for the device to reach the desired temperature.
5.
It may take approximately 10 minutes to heat up the stone.
6.
While the machine is heating up, prepare the food for grilling.
7.
Put some oil on the surface of the stone.
8.
Put the ingredients you want to cook on top of the stone.
9.
While cooking, turn food from time to time using a wooden or plastic spatula
or tongs. Cook the food until ready.
10.
Be careful – the stone is hot. We recommend wearing thermal gloves when
working with your machine.
11.
Remove the food from the stone and place on a separate container.
12.
After use, turn the temperature control knob counterclockwise to the off
position.
13.
Pull the plug from the outlet.

4.
Remove the small pans from the device when the food is ready, or when the
cheese has melted.
TIP:
Before using them for the first time, we recommend curing the
nonstick surface of the small pans by following these steps:
1.
Let the product heat up with the stone on the base. See the "Usage
instructions" section.
2.
Put a little bit of oil so as to coat the inside of the small pans completely.
3.
Place the small pans in each of the slots located on the grill base.
4.
Let the nonstick coating cure for about 5 minutes.
5.
Remove the oil from the small pans with a paper towel while it is still warm.
6.
Your small pans are now ready to be used.
This will increase the lifetime of the nonstick coating.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

Clean your device thoroughly after every time you use it.
Before starting any type of cleaning, make sure the device is unplugged from
the outlet.
Allow the device to cool completely before cleaning or touching it.
Remove the power cord. DO NOT PLACE IT IN WATER. Wipe with a damp
cloth and dry thoroughly.
Always remove excess oil from the stone using a piece of paper towel before
removing it for cleaning.
TIP:
To remove persistent food or fat residue, before removing the stone
from the base, put a little oil on the stone and/or small pans and heat
for approximately 3 minutes. This will soften stuck food and melt the
fat. Remove all fat and crusts with a paper towel.
Carefully remove the stone from the base.
Wash the stone and small pans with warm water and detergent using a soft,
non-abrasive sponge. Rinse immediately to remove any soap residue.
Dry the stone and small pans with paper towel or a soft cloth.
Note:
No part of this product is dishwasher-safe.
Wipe the base with a clean cloth that has been slightly moistened with water.
Do not plunge the power cord in water or any other liquid.
Never use solvents, other chemicals, or abrasive materials to clean the
device, as they may damage the stone or the non-stick coating of the small pans.
