Check

Watt plug disconnected.
House fuse blown or circuit breaker tripped.
Power Switch is OFF position.
Unit was turned off and then on too quickly.
Control Knob set warmer than room temperature.
Then...
Push plug firmly into watt outlet.
Replace fuse with time delay type or reset circuit breaker.
Turn Power Switch the ON Position.
Turn unit off and wait 3 minutes before restarting.
Turn Mode/Temp Control Knob clockwise to a cooler setting (higher number).
AIR FROM UNIT DOES NOT FEEL COLD ENOUGH.
