TROUBLESHOOTING
Before going through the checklist, the check wiring connections. If any of the
problems persist after checking the list, contact your nearest service dealer.

Solution
• If the power supply is
connected to the car
accessory circuits, but the
engine is not running, switch
the ignition key to "ACC".
• Replace the fuse. Make sure
the amperage matches the
specified value.
• Remove the disc in the player,
then insert a new one.
• Remove the two transport
screws from the top of the
unit.
• Insert the compact disc with
the label facing upward.
• Use a compatible disc.
• Use disc in good condition.
• Clean the disc with a soft cloth
or try to play a new one.
• Clean the laser pickup with a
cleaning disc.
• Cool off until the temperature
returns to normal.
• Turn the player off for an hour,
then try again
• Adjust the volume to a desired
level.
• Check the wiring connection.
• Adjust the installation angle
to less than 30 degrees.
• Clean the compact disc.
