Repeat the test with a new test strip. If the
meter still does not work, please contact the
customer service for assistance.
Repeat the test using a new test strip with
larger volume of blood sample.
Check if the absorbent hole is filled with
blood or control solution. If the problem
persists, please contact the customer service
for assistance.
Repeat the test after the meter and test strip
are within the operation temperature range.
Restart the meter. If the meter still does not
work, please contact customer service for
assistance.
Check if the SIM card is correctly inserted.
The SIM card cannot be used with the meter.
Check if you have the correct code card.
