Bonded electrode (ANTI STICK)
If the electrode does not ignite, or the arc goes out while the electrode is being welded, it may sck
to the part to be welded. This situaon is detected by the electronic board of the equipment and
the welding current is automacally reduced. This allows you to free the stuck electrode from the
surface to be welded by moving it back and forth.
While the electrode is aached, the warning indicator lights up
electrode holder and the ground is indicated in the same way. If the electrode cannot be detached,
remove the electrode holder and remove it manually using the appropriate protecon and
tweezers. Be careful as the electrode can be very hot.
Duty cycle excess protecon or thermal control device.
When there is protecon by reaching the maximum duty cycle, or by internal heang of the
machine, the arc is exnguished and the LED
illuminated, while the welder cools down to connue its normal operaon. Do not turn off the
welder, allow the fans of the equipment to cool the machine's power components unl the LED
light
turns off. Only unl this moment can the machine be switched off or start welding agai n.
Note: to preserve the power components of the welding machine from heat accumulaon, do not
disconnect it immediately aer acvaon of the protecon, as described above .
