Symptom
The table is not

Press and hold the " To the bottom" button for 5sec.
You will expect to see the table automatically moving up a little then moving down to
the bottom.
When it stops the reset is finished.
Now your desk is ready.
Connect the table power cable to correct voltage(120V).
Turn "On" the switch on the control box.
Press the power button on the operating panel for approx. 5sec. to turn on.
Hold memory1 or 2 button for approx. 5sec. to set the current height.
Troubleshooting
Possible cause
Make sure that all plugs are inserted
correctly in the control box.
Is the power cable connected to the
main power supply with correct voltage
120v?
Is the on/off switch on control box at
"On" position?
Is the "light" on operation panel turned
"RED"?
Is the "light" on operation panel turned
"ORANGE"?
Is the control box overloaded?
Look for visible damage on plugs,
cables, control box and legs.
One or more legs/cables are defective.
Is the table being reset? Or has not
been set yet?
The setting might be changed.
Action
Unplug the table power cable, then
check all connections and ensure
assembly steps 3, 5 and 6 were
followed correctly.
Connect power plug to correct voltage
120v power outlet.
Turn the switch to "On" position on the
control box.
Press and hold power button for
approx. 5 sec. to turn on. Light shows
"GREEN"
Check all connections and make sure
assembly steps 3, 5 and 6 were
followed correctly. Turn off the switch
on the control box for 60min or longer.
Then perform "Start". Light shows
"GREEN"
Unplug the table power cable, then
unplug all connections on control box
outlets and USB ports. Connect power
plug to correct voltage 120v power
outlet. Perform "start". Light shows
"GREEN"
Damaged parts must be exchanged-
contact customer service.
Perform reset and run a bit upwards. If
a leg will not run upwards after
resetting, it is defective.- contact
customer service.
