Insulation quality: Basic insulation.
Insulation quality: Class I
Thermal insulation of motor winding: Class B
CAUTION
To avoid risk of electrical shock or serious accident, if
power cord gets damaged it should be repaired by the manufacturer or
by Truper® Authorized Service Center
Power cord grips used in this product: Type"Y".
Assembly design in this product causes insulation to be affected by
liquid spills or splashing.
WARNING
Before gaining access to terminals,
all power circuits should be disconnected.
WARNING
We do not recommend using power
cord extensions with compressors. Using that type of
extension cause power drops resulting in motor potency loss and
overheating. Instead of using an extension cord increase the
compressor's action scope connecting a longer hose into the outlet.
Connect additional hose lengths as needed.
ELECTRIC CONNECTION
The unit is factory-equipped with cables. It shall be connected to the
corresponding power outlet. Connect the tool to a separate power
outlet. Double-check voltage and electric circuit current matches the
one corresponding to the motor. Use only cables with the right diameter.
We recommend using at least an 8 AWG cable with 590.5" lengths
maximum.
AIR CONNECTION
For the best use of the compressor connect the flexible hose to the air
circuit to isolate the unit's vibrations.
FIRST USE
1.
Verify the previous instructions have been carried out.
2.
Remove the transport cap that is placed in the oil tank and insert
the work plug with hole (5) included.
3.
Check the oil level indicator window (7). If the oil level does not
cover the mid-point (red circle), remove the work plug with hole
(5) and add the included oil until it reaches the indicated level.
Check the oil level before each use
CAUTION
4.
Remove the transport cap that is located on the side of the
compressor head and attach the air filter (1)
5.
Refrain from using electric extensions. If you must use them
unwind completely and use cables with enough capacity.
Lift the switch (9) to turn on the compressor. The engine will start
and fill the tank to its maximum pressure, then it will turn off
automatically. It will start again when the pressure switch detects
the pressure drop during the use of the compressor, to maintain
the constant pressure, indicated on the tank pressure gauge (3).
At this moment the compressor is ready to function, unless
the air receptor is still under low pressure. (Gauge).
To turn off the machine, while it operates, press the switch (9) the
pressure circuit will be ventilated and the compressor will be able
to start again without load.
