- The mechanism is spring-operated and the materials used are self-lubricating, so it does
not need lubricating.
Important!
Do not treat the visor with detergents, oils, solvents, paints, adhesive
substances and other chemicals that may alter and impair its optical and mechanical
properties.
Important!
If the visor shows scratches or marks that can impair vision, it should be
replaced only with original Airoh spare parts.
Top Painted Surface
Painted and UV-coated outer shell to preserve the durability and shine of its colour over
time.
Lower Protection
Trim on the lower edge of the helmet protects it against small knocks.
Nose Protection Rubber
Its particular shape protect the nose from stones, in addition it conveys stale air downwards
and protects the front edge of the helmet.
Removable Inner Comfort
Completely removable and washable inner padding made of selected materials to assure
maximum comfort and to reduce tiredness while riding.
Sanitized® treated fabric Used in those parts where superior softness and good
breathability are required, the Sanitized® sterilization treatment through its antibacterial
action prevents unpleasant smells, ensuring freshness over long periods.
Netting Used where high breathability is needed
Open-cell sponge cloth Used on the back of the fabric at the air ducts to assure maximum
ventilation.
To remove the inner comfort padding,
1)-Pull the chin guard towards the inside of the helmet until it releases. Then remove it,

2)-Unfasten the cheek pad by pulling it downwards and remove it by pulling the strap out of
the hole, then repeat this operation with the other cheek pad,
3)-Pull the back of the liner and release the fastening strap from the back side,
4)-Pull the front of the liner and release the fastening strap from the front side,
Then remove the liner.
Follow the above instructions in reverse order to fit the inner comfort.
-- Wear the helmet and check that the liner is correctly fitted. If this is not the case, carry
out the required adjustments.
-- Hand-wash the liner in a solution of warm water, max 35°C, and mild soap. Do not wring
and leave to dry away from direct sunlight.

Important!
Do not modify nor damage the polystyrene inner shell and do not paint nor
apply stickers, petrol or any other chemical solvents.
Important!
Wear and take off the helmet after each assembly, to see if it fits correctly.
Ventilation System
- Front air intakes. They convey the fresh air directly towards the upper intake ports of
inner air ducts.
- EPS inner shell with air ducts and vents. They spread fresh air inside the helmet and
channel it towards the outlet vents.
- Rear air extractors. They gather the warm air from inside the helmet and direct it
outside.
- Chin guard air intakes with protective mesh netting. It conveys fresh air directly towards
the mouth, thus ensuring a constant air change; the mesh netting prevents foreign bodies
from entering the helmet.
- Side spoilers. They gather exceeding air and channel it out of the helmet.
