IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Please read and follow the following safety precautions as to prevent fire, electric shock
and other injuries:
1. Before use, check if the voltage of your wall outlet corresponds to the rating plate which
is on the bottom of the appliance.
2. Children or the disable should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
appliance.
3. Do not immerse the appliance, cord or plug in water or other liquid and wet areas.
4. Do not touch cooking plates with your bare hands; always use gloves or cloth due to
rising temperature during cooking plates working.
5. During use, the appliance should be stably positioned near the heat resistance surface of
the power socket.
6. The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate
remote-control system.
7. Put away the power cable properly in order to avoid its hanging or tripping over it.
8. Burning food can cause fire. Keep the appliance far away from curtains, inflammable
material, stoves, baking ovens or other high temperature surface.
9. To avoid damage to the appliance or danger of fire, do not use plastic film, polybag or
metal foil for removing food from the cooking plate after operating is finished. Do not let the
food cool on the cooking plate; remove prepared food as soon as possible.
10. Unplug the appliance from the outlet when not in use and before cleaning.
11. Do not use appliance for other than its intended use
12. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service
agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
13. Never use sharp utensils for removing food from the cooking plate as these can
damage the non-stick coating of the cooking surface. Use heat-resistant wood or plastic
utensils only.
14. Special attention must be paid while being near the appliance. or moving it during
heating food, water or any other liquid.
15. Children must not play with the appliance
16. Do not let the cord hang over edge of table or hot surface.
17. Do not place the appliance on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
18. Special attention must be paid when moving the appliance containing hot oil or other hot
liquids.
19. Be careful and use oven mitts and pot holder while operating the appliance, as hot oil
can splash during cooking.
20. Do not use the appliance outdoors.
21. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge,
unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliances
by a person responsible for their safety.
22. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge
provided they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in
a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Cleaning and user maintenance shall
not be made by children without supervision.
23. For a part of class III construction supplied from a detachable power supply unit, the
instructions state that the appliance is only to be used with the unit provided.
24. The instructions for Class III appliances shall state that it must only be supplied at
safety extra low voltage corresponding to the label mark on the appliance.
