4. Tighten the stud (Fig. 2, Item 2).
Tightening torque: 4 Nm.
5. Slide the large HDT toothed belt sprocket (Fig. 2,
Item 8) onto the shaft.
6. Secure the HDT toothed belt sprocket (Fig. 2,
Item 8) with the spring lock washer (Fig. 2, Item 7) and
hexagon nut (Fig. 2, Item 6). To do so, hold the toothed
belt sprocket (Fig. 2, Item 8) with a strap wrench.
Tightening torque: 60 Nm.
7. Pull the HDT toothed belt (Fig. 2, Item 1) over both
HDT toothed belt sprockets.
8. Pre-assemble the tensioning roller (Fig. 2, Item 4),
i.e. screw in but do not tighten the hexagon socket
head bolt (Fig. 2, Item 5).

1. Turn the tensioning roller (Fig. 3, Item 2) clockwise
until the toothed belt (Fig. 3, Item 1) is taut.
2. Tighten the hexagon socket head bolt (Fig. 3, Item 2).
Tightening torque: 20 ± 2 Nm
3. Align the toothed belt. To do so, give the toothed
belt sprockets 4 to 5 turns by hand.
4. Switch on the strand tension gauge (Fig. 3, Item 4).
To do so, press the <ON> button.
5. Hold the probe of the strand tension gauge at a dis-
tance of 2 - 3 mm from the side of the toothed belt
(refer to Fig. 3).
6. Use a screwdriver or the like to make the toothed
belt vibrate.
 A measured value is displayed on the strand ten-
sion gauge.
7. Set the toothed belt tension.
Specification: 116 ±8 Hz

1. Connect the ground wire (Fig. 4, Item 1) to the hous-
ing cover (Fig. 4, Item 2).
2. Attach the housing cover (Fig. 4, Item 2) to the
EPS 200 and secure with the bolts (Fig. 4, Item 3).
3. Plug in the mains connector.
4. Remove the padlock from the master switch.
5. Switch on the EPS 200 at the master switch and
start up.
