PERIODIC MAINTENANCE
Check your faucet at least once a month for the following potential problems and to do the
following maintenance procedures:
Inspect for Leakage
Check all water connections for signs of leakage. Address any problem. Contact a qualified
professional if necessary.
Spout Inspection
For Deck-Mounted models
Tighten the hex nut underneath the spout.
For Libella and Axiom Wall-Mounted models
1. Press the spout to the wall and tighten the set screw at the bottom of the spout.
2. If the spout is still loose, remove the set screw and the spout.
3. Tighten the four screws that secure the mounting bracket.
4. Reinstall the spout and tighten the set screw from the bottom to secure
the spout to the mounting bracket.
For Helix Wall-Mounted models
1. Unscrew and remove the escutcheon.
2. Tighten the four screws to properly secure the flange to the wall.
3. Reinstall the escutcheon.

Cleaning the nozzle
For the round nozzle (STD-S, STD-R, GE, GM, Libella, Axiom, Helix)
1. Shut off the water supply at the stop valve(s).
2. Remove the nozzle from the spout with the
service key. Please replace the nozzle if it is
damaged.
3. Rinse the nozzle while cleaning with a soft brush.
Only 1 gpm (3.8 L/min) Models (STD S, R)
Disassemble the nozzle and clean three
filters with a brush.
4. Reinstall the nozzle in the spout.
5. Turn on the water supply at the stop valve(s).
For the flat nozzle (GC, Gooseneck)
1. Shut off the water supply at the stop valve(s).
2. Remove the two screws with the provided
1.5 mm hex wrench and remove the nozzle
from the spout.
3. Clean the nozzle with water.
NOTE:Please do not use brush. Only water.
4. Reinstall the nozzle in the spout and secure
the nozzle with the two screws.
5. Turn on the water supply at the stop valve(s).
