B) MOVEMENT
In order to displace it manually unlock the wheel brake and
move the mobile spraybooth until the desired position holding
the machine using the handles placed on the machine sides.
Once you reach the desired position, activate the brake to avoid
possible unforeseen shifts. We recommend you the displace-
ment of the machine by the help of two operators which hold the
spraybooth from each side.
The spraybooth is not equipped with any system to unable dis-
placement through transport machinery.
C) STABILITY
Always activate, except during movement,
the brake of the wheels to avoid possible un-
foreseen displacement.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1. Place the paintTROTTER close to the vehicle's repair area.
Once placed in the desired position, activate the wheel
brake to avoid unexpected displacements.
2. Connect the power cable to the garage's electric supply.
The PaintTROTTERis ready for operating.
3. Turn the main switch on in the control panel and you can
start to paint.
4. Use the control panel switches to activate the lighting and
aspiration.
5. The paintTROTTER has a high efficiency light screen that
provides a directed light without shades appropriate for co-
lour matching. It also incorporates a filter screen to clean
the paint dust generated through the painting and sanding
actions so the operator can work in a clean and healthy
environment. The extracted air is filtered through several la-
yers of filters; one of these layers is made of activated car-
bon, which releases the air back to the garage practically
odor-free. The retention degree depends on the paintings'
composition, but we can point out the smell and pigment
retention is situated between 80 and 97% (COV's)
NOTE : We recommend the use of safety glasses and glo-
ves for prolonged use

USAGE RECOMMENDATIONS

• It is recommended to assign an area of the workshop for
these painting operations:
•
Don not install there other workplaces.
• Do no perform in that area any sanding operation.
• Place an movable divisor in the border.
• Keep the aspiration working during all the process:
• The aspiration should be connected before starting the
spraying and turned off only when the paint or varnish
is dry.
• The air intake is not available if the ventilation is not in
operation
• Besides from protecting properly the areas not involved in
the repair, paintTROTTER recommends extend the protec-
tive paper from the lower zone to the ground as well as over
the mobile panels, to conduct more efficiently the extracting
flow. We suggest fixing it to the ground with adhesive tape.

DESCRIPTION OF THE ASPIRATION SYSTEM
PaintTROTTER aspirates the air from the working area produ-
cing a horizontal air flow (the treatment area it will be as closed
as possible to the PaintTROTTER- approx. 30 cm- to be able to
reach the desired aspiration). Moreover, it aspirates, filters and
blocks the smells, releasing the clean air back to the workshop.
The maximum application height is 1,50 meters, even if the
maximum efficiency height is 80 cm
FILTERS
VERY IMPORTANT: the metal mesh will always be situated on
the inner side of the filter, that is, beetween the filter and the fan.
the purpose of this mesh is to stop the filter from being sucked
by the fan.
Before proceeding with the filter replace-
ment, make sure to disconnect the power su-
pply of the PaintTROTTER, since it includes
components with the possibility of trapping
and electric shock.
NOTE: these filters CANNOT BE THROWN INTO THE GAR-
BAGE; you must use the services of regular collection of paint
waste (this service will be hired by the client).
