Carrot
Cupcakes
Ingredients:

2 eggs
•
1/2 cup of oil
•
1 cup of sugar
•
1 tsp of vanilla extract
•
1 cup of flour
•
1 tsp of baking soda
Steps:
•
Mix together well your ingredients, then fold in the pecans and carrots.
•
Pour into your maker.
•
Bake for 7-10 minutes or until fully cooked.
•
Serve with butter cream frosting and pecans.
