Problem
The screwing by push pull
is not working correctly
The setting cycle is not

Possible causes
The Push pull sensor has to be calibrated
Damaged mandrel thread
Problem in the motor
The setting conditions are not fullfilled
The insert thread is damaged
after setting
The bulge of the insert is not well
formed
The insert head is not in contact
against the support after setting
The insert turns on the support
The hydraulic pressure was not
reached.
Damaged insert tapping or
threading of the mandrel.
Problem in the motor
The battery is discharged
The tool remains unused for several hours
Solution
Disconnect the battery and install it again
Replace the mandrel following the
instructions
Check the motor idle rotation by pressing
the Reset button
• Ensure that the Push pull screwing has
been done
• Change the condition for allowing the
setting launch
• Adjust the position of the anvil following
the instructions.
• Excessive setting force. Check the
setting force value range in the
catalog of the insert
• Damaged mandrel thread. Replace
the mandrel following the instructions.
• Thickness incompatible with the
insert
• The hydraulic pressure was not reached
Top up the oil, following the instructions
Make sure that the insert is pushed
against the support while setting
• Setting force too low. Check the
setting force value range in the
catalog of the insert
• Repeat the setting test following the
instructions.
Top up the oil, following the instructions
Replace the mandrel following the
instructions
Check the motor idle rotation by pressing
the Reset button
Replace the battery with a charged one
Remove the battery and reload it
