Bulb Replacement Instructions
Replace only with linear fluorescent bulb: Bulb #F15T8 15W (G9718-T8-WHI);
Bulb #F15T8/BLB 15W (G9718-T8-BK-I). Do not replace with any other wattage of linear
fluorescent bulb. These bulbs are readily available at your local home center and most larger
hardware stores.

Minor problems often can be fixed without the help of an electrician. Before doing any work on
the fixture, shut off power supply at the circuit breaker panel to avoid electrical shock.
Problem
Fixture doesn't light
Cleaning Instructions
Your fixture is made from quality materials that will last for many, many years with minimum
care. You may want to periodically clean the diffuser, or interior of the fixture using a mild,
non-abrasive glass cleaner and soft cloth. Do NOT use solvents, or cleaners containing
abrasive agents. When cleaning the inside of the fixture, make sure you have the power turned
off, and do not spray liquid cleaner directly onto the bulb, socket, ballast, or wiring.
WALL STUD MOUNTING
For mounting over the wall stud, drill two small pilot holes for
the screws (Fig. 5). Screw both wood screws into the wooden
studs. Approximately 1/8 in. of the screw should still be

DRYWALL MOUNTING
For mounting into drywall, drill 3 /16 in. holes for the plastic wall
anchors (not included). Insert the plastic wall anchors into the
proper holes and tap them into place so they are flush with the

surface of your drywall. Screw all screws into the plastic

the screws until they are firmly seated, and the fixture is
tightly secured to the mounting surface.

Install the bulb into the sockets by aligning the pins of the bulb

Place the diffuser in the top lip. Push the grooved edge of the
diffuser down into the bottom edge until it locks in (Fig. 10).

Unplug the fixture from the wall socket before beginning the
bulb replacement. Remove diffuser. Remove the bulb from the
fixture by placing your thumbs on the metal ends of the bulb.
While applying slight pressure on the bulb, roll the bulb
toward you until the contact pins on the ends of the bulb
disengage from the socket. Pull the bulb straight out from the
