CAUTION: Pulling the antenna cable straight out of the
radio without pulling on the locking antenna connec
tor could damage the cable or radio.
14. Disconnect the antenna(s) (1), Hands Free Module
(HFM) and UCI cables (4), video cable (3) and wiring
connectors (2) from the TGM.
15. Remove the TGM from the vehicle.
16. Perform the following on both the black and grey USB
connectors, if equipped:
a. Using a small screwdriver (2), pry the metal clip
(1) from the USB connector.
b. Obtain a new clip from the supplied kit. On the
new clip surface, there will either be a stamped
"F" or a black dot. Install the new clip on the USB
connector.
17. Obtain the new Telematics Gateway Module (TGM) in
cluded in the kit and position it close to the instrument
panel to connect the electrical connectors.
18. If equipped, connect the antenna(s) (1), RF HUB and
UCI cables (4), video cable (3) and wiring connectors
(2) to the TGM.
