3. Mixing only mode, the default working time is 10 minutes. The operation is similar with that of ice
cream mode, but there isn't freezing function.
Storage of ice cream
Remove finished ice cream into another container using a plastic scoop or a wooden spoon, do not
use a metal scoop avoiding scratch on the inside removable bowl.
MAINTENANCE :
Caution: The plug must be removed before cleaning to avoid electric shock.
(1)Take out the mixing blade, wipe it with a dampened cloth
(2)Take out the removable bowl, clean it with a dampened soft cloth
(3)Wipe the transparent lid and refill lid with a dampened cloth
(4)Remove the dirt on the body or other places with a dampened cloth, and do not pour water on
cord, plug and ventilation, immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid
(5)Allow drying thoroughly with a dry cloth, then return the component to the home position.
ICE CREAM RECIPE MANUAL :
Vanilla ice cream
Ingredients
For about 3/4 liter of ice:
1 vanilla pod
4 egg yolks
90g sugar
30 cl milk
20 cl cream
Preparation
Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar.
In a saucepan, bring the milk, cream, and vanilla bean split in two and beating (with a knife). Heat on
the verge of boiling. Steep for 10 minutes and remove the vanilla pod.
Pour the mixture over the yolks. Mix.
The preparation should coat the spoon. If this is not the case, return a few minutes over low heat,
stirring.
Let cool and put the mixture into the ice cream maker.
Apricot Sorbet
Ingredients
For 3/4 liter sorbet
700 g of ripe apricots
100 g of sugar
30 cL water
the juice of 1 lemon
