La distancia entre los electrodos debe
ser de 0,6 - 0,7 mm. (0.023 - 0.027 pul-
gadas): si fuera diferente, sustituir la bu-
jía.
•
Asegurarse de que la arandela
(8) esté en buen estado.
Para la instalación:
•
Con la arandela montada (8),
enroscar a mano la bujía para
evitar dañar el roscado.
•
Apretar con la llave en dotación
del kit de herramientas girando
1/2 vuelta cada bujía para apre-
tar la arandela.
Par de apriete de la bujía: 20 Nm (2 kg).
ATENCIÓN
LA BUJÍA DEBE ESTAR BIEN APRE-
TADA, DE LO CONTRARIO EL MOTOR
PODRÍA SOBRECALENTARSE Y DA-
ÑARSE GRAVEMENTE. UTILIZAR SÓ-
LO BUJÍAS DEL TIPO ACONSEJADO,
PARA NO COMPROMETER EL RENDI-
MIENTO NI LA DURACIÓN DEL MO-
TOR.
•
Colocar correctamente la pipeta
(1) de la bujía (2), para evitar
que se separe con las vibracio-
nes del motor.

The electrode gap should be between 0.6
- 0.7 mm (0.023 - 0.027 in). Replace the
spark plug if the gap is different.
•
Make sure that the washer (8) is
in good conditions.
To install:
•
Once the washer is fitted (8),
manually screw the spark plug
to avoid damaging the thread.
•
Tighten it using the spanner
supplied in the tool kit, make
each spark plug complete 1/2 of
a turn to press the washer.
Spark plug tightening torque: 20 Nm (2
kgm).
CAUTION
TIGHTEN THE SPARK PLUG COR-
RECTLY, OTHERWISE THE ENGINE
MAY OVERHEAT AND GET IRRE-
TRIEVABLE DAMAGED. USE RECOM-
MENDED SPARK PLUGS ONLY. US-
ING A SPARK PLUG OTHER THAN
SPECIFIED MIGHT COMPROMISE EN-
GINE PERFORMANCE AND LIFE.
•
Position the tube (1) of spark
plug (2) correctly so that it does
not get detached due to engine
vibrations.
