ATTENTION
Do not use the
mixer continuously for over 5 minutes, as the motor
kneading
could overheat. It is recommended that you wait 15 minutes before continuing
with the task.
04. CLEANING
First, switch the speed selector to position 0 and unplug from the power supply. Now
it is safe to handle the attachments that may be connected to the main body. Use a
scraper or flat tool to remove the food that may have stuck to the blades.
Press the eject button (3) while gently pulling the attachments to help them discon-
nect. Never press the eject button while the unit is in operation.
Clean the attachments and main body with a damp cloth and neutral soap. Make
sure that no moisture enters the ventilation holes. Then thoroughly dry the attach-
ments and the main body.
Do not immerse the product in water or in other liquids under any circumstances.
There is a risk of short-circuit.
05. MAINTENANCE AND WARNINGS
5.1. Maintenance regulations
For the cleaning and maintenance of the machine or the replacement of parts, you
must switch off and unplug the product.
5.2. Information
For any type of maintenance, revision or repair contact Udom S.A. directly.
5.3. Replacement parts
Only ORIGINAL REPLACEMENT PARTS authorised and approved by Udom S.A.
may be used. We recommend that damaged components or parts be replaced
immediately to guarantee better operation, energy savings and even the prevention
of more serious breakdowns in the device.
5.4. Storage
It is important to store the product in a cool, dry place, away from aggressive
chemical products or sources of heat.
5.5. Request for support
Requests for technical support must be made after careful analysis (detection of
breakdowns and possible causes). In the event of a written request, we advise
you specify the following terms: Machine type, Reference number, Detailed
description of the fault, Tests you have carried out and Adjustments made and
their effects.
