04. MAINTENANCE AND WARNINGS.
MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
For cleaning and maintenance of the device and
replacement of parts, the machine must be un-
plugged.
INFORMATION
For any maintenance, review or repair, contact
Udom S.L. or the distributor where the product
was purchased.
SPARE PARTS
Only ORIGINAL SPARE PARTS authorised and ap-
proved by Udom S.L. may be used. It is recom-
mended that damaged components or parts are
replaced immediately to guarantee better opera-
tion, energy savings, and even the prevention of
major breakdowns of the blender.
CLEANING OF THE BLENDER
Before beginning cleaning of the blender and
accessories, ensure that the power button is in
the OFF position, and that the device is discon-
nected from the power supply.
Clean the arm of the blender with neutral de-
tergents and NEVER in the dishwasher. NEVER
submerge the motor block or electrical parts in
water or any other liquid.
For more thorough cleaning, you may submerge
the bottom of the blender, without exceeding the
MAX level, in hot, soapy water. Allow it to run
for approximately 2 minutes at a medium speed.
The operation may be repeated if necessary.
Once clean, allow the blender arm to dry prop-
erly and proceed to its storage.
The blade is very sharp; take extreme care to
avoid cuts to fingers and hands while handling
the blender arm. After cleaning and once the
components are dry, ensure to replace all parts
in their correct positions.
Before storing the device, apply olive oil or a
similar product to the surface of the blade, to
thereby extend its lifespan.
Ensure that the device is kept in a dry, well-ven-
tilated place.
