02. BEFORE USE

FUNCTION OF THE KNEADING MIXER
The kneading mixer has been solely and exclusively designed for mixing, beating,
blending and stirring food in a domestic environment. Use of the product for
processes other than those indicated by Elma is not authorised.
INSTALLATION CONDITIONS
It is recommended that the kneading mixer is used with a container suitable for the
amount of food to be processed. Place the container on a flat and stable surface.
The kneading mixer must be used away from moisture, heat sources and areas
containing flammable materials.
