Fault Tracing

Ensure that the power supply is switched off during repairs.
N.B: The letters in brackets refer to the parts drawing on page 28.
Fault
The motor runs and the cycle operates
correctly, But the water is pumped out
very slowly, or not at all.
The cycle runs properly but a small
amount of water remains in the bowl.
The motor makes a rattling noise.
Cycle does not run after the button (K) is
pressed.
The cycle starts but water flows too slow-
ly into the bowl.
Cycle starts but no water flows into the
bowl.

Possible cause
• The air-relief valve (G) does not shut
properly.
• The outlet pipe (H) is blocked.
• The sieve (I) is blocked.
• The discharge height is too great.
• The outlet pipe (H) is blocked.
• Hard object in sieve (I) hitting the
revolving blades (J).
• The button (K) has not been pressed
hard enough.
• The transparent hose from the button is
jammed so that the pressure switch (L)
is not operated.
• The pressure switch is faulty.
• The timer (M) is faulty.
• The magnetic valve (N) filter is blocked.
• Water pressure too low.
• The water supply stopcock is turned
off.
• Faulty magnetic valve (N).
• Water pressure too low.
ENGLISH
Solution
• Clean the air-relief valve, or replace it.
• Descale the outlet pipe.
• Clean the sieve.
• Modify the installation.
• Descale the outlet.
• Take motor block apart and remove
object from sieve.
• Press button (K) firmly for 2 seconds.
• Free the transparent hose.
• Replace the pressure switch.
• Replace timer (M).
• Clean the filter.
• Ensure minimum water pressure is 1.5
bar (22 psi).
• Open the stopcock.
• Replace magnetic valve.
• Ensure a minimum water pressure of
1.5 Bar (22 psi).
