MANUAL OPERATION MODE:
CONSTANT AND INDEPENDENT DOSAGE FROM PH VALUE
Flowrate % = Flowrate % of maximum dosage
The number of injections made by the pump per minute is the "pH
Flowrate" percentuage chosen. ( Flowrate 100% = 150imp/min)
Example: 80% the pump 's injections per minute are 120, that is:
150imp/min*0.8=120 imp/min.
PROPORTIONAL OPERATION MODE:
DOSAGE PROPORTIONAL TO THE DISTANCE
OF THE pH MEASURE FROM THE DESIRED
SETPOINT.
Setpoint = measured value that you wish to have
in the system
Proportionality = range of the measured values
in which DUAL adjusts the flowrate of dosage
Regulation Acid (pH -) = dosage for measured
values greater than Setpoint
Regulation Alkaline (pH+) = dosage for
measured values lower than the Setpoint
Flowrate % = maximum dosing flowrate
