- Lay the motorcycle on its side.
- Remove the ignition cover (1).
- Remove the screw (2) and washer.

- Set the engine to ignition top dead center and mount the screw (2) again
without the washer.
NOTE:
Before the screw (2) is mounted again, check through the hole whether the
position notch of the crankshaft is visible.
- Remove the rotor screw (3).
- Mount the tool (4) (protection cap for crankshaft 75029090000).

- Mount the special tool (5) (puller 58012009000) on the rotor.
- Hold with the special tool and pull off the rotor by turning the screw.
NOTE:
Ensure that the spring washers remain in place.
- Press the roller free wheel (6) (included) into the rotor (7).
NOTE:
Press in the roller free wheel so that the labeled side of the free wheel faces
up (Figure A + B).

- Press the sliding bushing 8x10x8 (8) (included) into the torque limiter cover
(9) (included).
- Insert the needle roller DIN5402 NRB 4x9.8 (10) (included) into the tor-
que limiter cover.
