TROUBLESHOOTING
The belt is moving while I work out.
Make sure that your belt is tight and low on
your hips, and if you are running for longer
distances, slide the diSQs towards the back.
The handle slips off when its
wrapped around the DISQ.
When you put the handle around the diSQ,
make sure it' s wrapped completely around.
then pull the handle downwards firmly for
extra security.

The ankle straps are irritating.
Make sure you are using the shoe lace holes,
they hold the straps in place, especially for
some of the high impact movements. if you
still feel pressure, wear high socks under the
ankle straps.
also make sure you don't have long, loose
pants getting in the way of the ankle straps
and the cord.
