You must try different combination beetwen wires Black, Brown and
Grey until you find that the motor turns in the right way (See figures
6.1 and 6.2).
Make sure that the motor turns in the suitable way when
switching on the oven.
If the motor turns the wrong way, this will excessively warm
and its life will shorten.
Ground wire
The plug must have a ground wire.
The oven must be connected to an electrical supply provided with an
earth wire.
Do not use nor start up the oven if its ground wire is not grounded to
the installation.
7. Operation
Door
7.1 Control Panel
1 . Main and motor switch: It is used as main switch and also to
start the fan motor.
2 . Heating switch: It switches the heater on.
3 . Motor starting up light (green): It indicates that the motor is
ON .
4 . Motor overtemperature alarm light (red): It indicates that the

motor has stopped due to overtemperature.
5 . Heater starting up light (green): It indicates that the oven's

heater is ON.
Brown: Phase II
6 . Heater overtemperature alarm light: It indicates that the

heater has stopped due to overtemperature.
7 . Temperature controller: It establishes the operating

8 . Safety temperature controller: It establishes the safety
te mpe ra ture.
