Cleaning
Before you use it for the first time;
wash, rinse and dry it carefully. The
pot is dishwasher safe and to keep your
pot in excellent condition, please follow
these care instructions.
Wipe the pot dry after cleaning to
prevent limescale deposits from water
from forming on the surface. If your pot
should develop deposits, they can be
removed with a little vinegar diluted in
lukewarm water.
To prevent salt stains from forming on
the inside of your pot, do not add salt to
your food until the contents are boiling.
Do not use steel wool or anything that
may scratch the surface.
The base of the pot becomes slightly
concave when cold, but expands to a
flat shape when heated. Always let your
pot cool before cleaning it. This allows
the base to resume its shape and helps
prevent it from becoming uneven with
prolonged use.
How to use the pot
The handles are designed to allow you to
create a space between the pot and the
lid. In this way you can easily pour water
out, or let steam escape from the pot to
prevent water from boiling over, without
lifting the lid.
Put the lid on the pot. Place the lid
handles so that they are aligned with the
pot handles. Let the lid handles rest on
the pot handles and let your food boil
without having to worry about the water
boiling over (please refer to picture 1).
When you want to pour the water out,
lift the pot using all the handles and
keep the handles aligned. Tip the pot
in one direction to pour the water out.
Remember to always use pot holders
while lifting the pot as the handles can

be warm, and be careful not to burn
yourself on the hot steam.
To cover the pot fully with the lid, let the
lid handles and the pot handles point
in different directions (please refer to
picture 2).
Good to know
This pot is suitable for use on all types
of hobs.
By placing the pot on a hob with the
same or a smaller diameter as the pot
you can save energy.
Always lift the pot when moving it on a
glass ceramic hob to avoid the risk of
scratching the hob.
Bear in mind that the pot gets hot
during use so you should always handle
it with pot holders.
Never let the pot boil dry, because the
base becomes skew when overheated.
The pot is designed exclusively for
cooking, not for storing food. Food that
is stored in the pot for a longer period
may affect the surface and take on the
taste of metal.
The handle can be damaged by the
flame when the pot is used on a gas hob.
