- Turn the selector (C) until the arrow on the
appliance points to ( )
- Place the appliance against the surface you
want to work.
- Press the appliance until the lengthways
play is taken up.
- Turn the appliance on, by using the on/off
button (E).
Note: Exerting high pressure does not
increase machine effectiveness!
WARNING: When the bit begins to
penetrate concrete or comes up against
the reinforcement rods in the concrete, the
tool may react dangerously. Make sure
you keep your balance by distributing your
weight evenly and keeping your feet in a safe
position whilst holding the tool firmly in both
hands to avoid dangerous reactions.
Once you have finished using the
appliance:
- Stop the appliance by releasing the on/off
switch (E).
Lubrification (Fig 1)
- After approximately 50 hours the machines
must be lubricated.
- Open the cover if the lubrication point (G)
using a key.
- Apply an appropriate amount of grease to
the mechanism.
- Close the cover (G).
Replace the carbon Brush (Fig 1)
- Unplug the appliance from the mains.
- The motor employs carbon brushes that
are consumable parts; since an excessively
worn carbon brush could result in motor
trouble.

- Remove the Carbon brush cap (H) and the
brush Cover.
- Replace the carbon brush.
- Reassemble the brush Cover and the
carbon brush cap.
