Troubleshooting

Should an error occur, first check the following points. If this fails to rectify the fault, the LCD TV
should, if possible, be checked using another signal source and/or using a different data cable.

If the PC is connected and switched off, the IR
remote control can be blocked due to a conflict
with some graphics controllers when adjusting
the PC interface.
Remote control does not work.
The remote control does not work, but the TV
button flickers when buttons are pressed.

Check the following points:
► Pull the PC connecting cable from the
socket.
or
► Switch on the PC.
► Ensure that the "TV" mode is selected.
If the "TV" mode is not selected then the TV
button will flicker when one of the TV control
buttons is pressed, e.g. CH+ .
► Ensure that the remote control is using the
correct device code.
Proceed as follows:
► Press and hold the TV button for
5 seconds until the button light remains on
constantly.
► Enter the number "3".
The light on the TV button will flash three times.
You can now use the remote control to operate
your television.
