Connecting the device to a PC

The system ensures that the PC automatically selects the best resolution by transferring EDID data
from the television to the PC.
The DVI-I specification provides a common 12C interface for the transfer of EDID data for both digital
PC interfaces (DVI) and analogue PC interfaces (VGA). The television must therefore be set to the
correct interface before switching on the PC.
► Switch the PC off.
► Set the correct interface on the television, either in the operating menu or using the Source
button: PC (RGB) or PC (DVI).
► When you switch the PC on again the EDID data will be transferred correctly.
