1.8.TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM
The green switch does not light when you
switch on the water still
The production of the water still is less than
4 L/H of distilled water
Low level of water in the boiler
The heater stops heating
The heater heats little
The heater is broken

ACTION/S TO CARRY OUT
Check that the voltage of your electricity main is 230 V
Check that the inlet water flow is 60 L/H
Keep an appropriate level of water in the boiler
Clean the heater
Clean the lime quitting the obstruction in the hole between
the level and boiler (please, see section 1.4, step 1)
Follow these steps by this order:
Check the state of the fuse
The consumption of the heater is between 12.2 and 12.4 A
The yellow light must be off
The presostat must be commuting
The mini-contactor is working properly
Clean the salt embedded on the heater
Replace the heater
