4. Technical information
To properly identify your product, please consult the material number on the information label.
On motorized seats the ID sticker is found on the inside of the leg rest mechanism. On seats
without motor the sticker is placed inside the seat frame, accessible by opening the zipper under
the seat cushion.
The information on the label must always be enclosed with any service request directed to
the retailer or manufacturer.

4.1 Information regarding batteries
Batteries are not a default configuration but can be added as an option. If your product has
batteries installed this is a lithium ion battery.
– Risk of fire, Replace battery only with batteries with brand Limoss, Model BS-5 with
CAUTION
match code MC168. Or other batteries approved for your model by Ekornes AS.
Note.
To extend the life of the batteries, we recommend charging your recliner once a week.
Note.
The batteries used emit an acoustic warning when the residual charge is too low.
The signal only sounds during operation. If you hear this warning tone, please plug the recliner
immediately into the charger. While charging, the recliner is operational and can be used.
