ON-OFF:
pH ELECTRODE CALIBRATION
Attention, be sure that the buffer solution used in calibration matches always the indicated value, and that they're not
polluted
Rev 1.0
ON-OFF OPERATION MODE:
CONSTANT DOSAGE WHICH ACTIVATES
WHEN THE MEASURE MOVES AWAY FROM
THE SETPOINT
Setpoint = measured value that you wish to have
in the system
Hysteresis = range of the measured values
centered over the Setpoint where DUAL does not
modify its operation
Regulation Acid (pH -) = dosage for measured
values greater than Setpoint
Regulation Alkaline (pH+) = dosage for
measured values lower than the Setpoint
Flowrate % = maximum dosing flowrate
Delay On = delay time in seconds that Dual waits
to start dosing

OFFSET CALIBRATION
Dip the probe in the pH7 buffer solution
and wait for the stabilization of the
measure on the display. Push CAL 3 times
and then scroll the menu by + and –
buttons till the display shows "pH
Electrode Calibration". Push CAL to
enter the submenu and then the button –
to do the OFFSET calibration of the probe.
If it is necessary you can modify the value
of the buffer solution shown in the second
line of the display using the buttons + or -.
Push CAL to confirm.
If you read the message "Calibration
Impossible" the probe calibration is not
saved. Read the following paragraph
named "DUAL MESSAGES". If no error
message appears the calibration has been
made.
GAIN CALIBRATION
Clean the probe with water and then dip it
in 9 pH or 4 pH buffer solution. Wait for
stabilization of the measure on the display.
Push CAL 3 times and then scroll the
menu by + and – buttons till the display
shows "pH Electrode Calibration". Push
