To ensure optimum extraction, use connection
sleeve 6.30796 and a vacuum with automatic filter
cleaning.
We recommend using an antistatic suction hose
Ø 35 mm.
7. Attaching the accessory
Prior to any conversion work: pull the mains
plug out of the socket. The machine must be
switched off and the spindle at a standstill.
7.1
Attaching the diamond cutting disc
1. Press in the spindle locking button (10) and turn
the spindle (13) until the spindle locking button
engages noticeably.
2. Fit the support flange (14) (scope of delivery of
the angle grinder) on the spindle. The flange
should not turn on the locked spindle when
properly attached.
3. Place the 2 spacer discs (15) onto the support
flange (14) .
4. Put the diamond cutting disc (16) on the spacer
disc (15). Make sure the direction of rotation
is correct. The direction of rotation is indicated
by arrows on the diamond cutting disc and
extraction guard (direction of rotation arrow
(12)).
5. Ensure that the two-hole adjusting nut (17) and
the spindle (13) of the angle grinder match:
lettering on the two-hole adjusting nut and
thread details on the identification plate of the
angle grinder must match (M14 or 5/8").
6. Screw on two-hole adjustment nut (17).
7. Push spindle locking button (10) and keep
pressed.
8. Firmly tighten the two-hole adjustment nut (17)
using a two-hole spanner (18).
9. Check for secure connection.
10.Turn the diamond cutting disc (16) by hand - it
must not touch the extraction guard (2) or grind
on it.
8. Use
8.1
Switching on and off
Always guide the machine with both hands.
Switch on first, then guide the accessory
towards the workpiece.
Avoid inadvertent starts: always switch the
tool off when the plug is removed from the
mains socket or if there has been a power cut.
Avoid the machine swirling up or taking in dust
and chips. After switching off the machine,
only place it down when the motor has come to a
standstill.
Torque activation (with dead man's lever)

Switching on: Slide the trigger switch (5) forwards
and then push the trigger switch (5)
upwards.
Switching off: Release the trigger switch (5).
8.2
Working
Always hold and guide the tool by the main
handle (4) of the angle grinder and side handle
(8), using both hands.
Pull machine only in direction of arrow (3)
(See page 2, Fig. C.)
1. Position the guard with the wheels (11) on the
workpiece without the diamond cutting disc (16)
touching the workpiece.
2. Switch on machine and wait until the full speed
has been reached.
3. Slowly and carefully pivot the machine down
around the wheel axle: The diamond cutting disc
(16) will penetrate the workpiece.
4. Pull machine only in direction of the arrow (3)
(work in reverse rotation). Otherwise the
machine may kick back from the cut in an out of
control manner. Guide the machine evenly at a
speed suitable for the material being processed.
For optimum extraction, ensure that the wheels
(11) are in contact with the workpiece.
5. Once the cut is complete, switch off the tool and
hold it steady until the diamond cutting disc
comes to a stop. Never attempt to remove the
cutting disc from the cut while the wheel is
in motion otherwise kickback may occur.
6. Put machine aside.
9. Maintenance
Prior to each use, check if there are parts
missing, worn, broken, torn or damaged. Do not
use a defective or incomplete guard.
Significantly reduced work progress and increased
feed force are signs for blunt diamond cut-off
wheels. Sharpen blunt diamond cut-off wheels by
carrying out short cuts into abrasive materials such
as sand-lime brick.
10. Cleaning
Particles may become deposited inside the power
tool during operation. This impairs the cooling of the
power tool. Conductive build-up can impair the
protective insulation of the power tool and create an
electrical hazard.
The power tool should be cleaned regularly, often
and thoroughly through all front and rear air vents
using a vacuum cleaner or by blowing in dry air.
Prior to this operation, separate the power tool from
the power source and wear protective glasses and
