Cleaning
The walking frame should be cleaned and / or disinfected at regular intervals (absolutely necessary on
change of user). Use a mild soap solution without added scouring agents and a soft cloth. Disinfection
can be carried using a commercially available agent in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions,
for example, with Descosept AF. Do not use any abrasive or corrosive cleaning agents or high pressure or
steam cleaners!
Ensure that no dirt deposits accumulate on the tyres or brakes. These can be removed with a soft brush
and warm water.
Contraindications
The use of the Actimo Delta is not advisable for people with
Perceptual disorders, limited eyesight
Severe balance problems
People with amputated limbs, joint damage
Disposal
A warn-out walking frame represents a valuable source of material which can be fed back into the
industrial cycle. Therefore do not throw the walking frame to be disposed of into the household rubbish
but have it professionally disposed of by an officially approved disposal centre. Your local refuse
collection department will be more than willing to give you the appropriate information.
Guarantee
The guarantee is for 24 months and covers all product faults which can be verifiably traced back to
manufacturing faults or material defects.
