: Carefully read the whole of the instruction manual before you assemble, adjust or use the
Actimo Delta for the first time.
Intended purpose: As a walking frame for the aiding of the walking of people who are restricted in their
movements and mobility. Tray, basket and bag for the transport of utensils and everyday objects.
Assembly / Instructions: Your specialist dealer or care person will willingly help you with the assembly
1. Before unpacking, check the packaging for damage. If the contents are damaged, contact your
specialist dealer immediately. The Actimo Delta is delivered in the ready-to-use condition,
assembled by the specialist dealer or your care staff and the function checked.
2. The technician / dealer adjusts the handle height to suit the user.
3. Place the Actimo Delta in the direction of travel, unfold and lock it. Ensure that the lock is firmly
seated in order to prevent a collapse.
4. For unfolding, place the walking frame in the direction of travel. Hold the walking frame by the
handles and pull them apart. Should this be a little stiff, press the frame apart at the running
wheels. Now push the quick lock on the folding mechanism to the end stop until it locks into
place.
5. For folding together, place the Actimo Delta with the brakes applied in the direction of travel.
Remove all accessories. Firmly hold the walking frame by the handle with one hand and pull up
the quick lock on the folding mechanism with the other. Should this be stiff, press the frame
together at the running wheels.
6. To assemble the handles, remove the black protective caps from the ends of the frame bars.
Guide the handle tubes into the openings. The handles are fixed in place by means of the locking
levers and can be adjusted to the right height for the user. The locking levers must point
outwards.
