Hiding/showing the preset templates: Menu 12

Press the Menu button in Time Display mode.
Menu Selection mode is displayed.

Select "Menu 12" using the up or down
arrow buttons ( / ) and press OK
button.

Select "Show" or "Hide" using the up or
down arrow buttons ( / ) and press OK
button.

The setting is saved and the screen returns to
Time Display mode.
•
If you select "Show", you can see the templates listed on page 32 and 33.

Locking the Menu button

To prevent inadvertent changes to templates, the menu button can be locked.

Press the Menu button for more than one
second in Time Display mode.
•
When the Menu button is locked, " " is displayed
in Time Display mode as shown in the right hand
illustration.
•
When pressing the Menu button for more than one second again, the Menu button
is unlocked.

Information regarding downloaded templates

It is possible to download and use the template designs
created by P-touch Editor using P-touch Transfer
Manager.
Using P-Touch Transfer Manager you can easily
download a template with your company logo and
address.

Information regarding downloaded messages

It is possible to download selected text or messages
using P-Touch Transfer Manager. For instructions on
including a specific text (such as a company name) or
custom message, please see P-touch Editor Help.
