RULES FOR CONVERTING AND INSTALLING FOR OTHER TYPES OF GAS
Our appliances are tested and regulated with liquid gas (see data plate).
The conversion or adaptation to another type of gas must be carried out by a specialized technician. The nozzles for the
various types of gas are supplied in a packet and are marked in hundredths of mm (see "burners" technical data table).
SUBSTITUTING THE NOZZLE IN OPEN COOKING RINGS
Remove the grills, the burners and the containers, substitute the nozzles with the right ones, using a suitable spanner,
unscrewing the blockage screw and relative jam nut. After regulating, screw back the screw and the jam nut, regulate
minimum output by turning the screw to the right or to the left until the thermal power reaches 1,2 KW for the burner of
3,5 KW, and 1,8 for the burner of 5,5 KW.
Warning: For functioning with liquid gas, the screw for regulating minimum output must be blocked completely.
To change the oven nozzle proceed as follows:
•
Remove the bottom oven panel;
•
Unscrew both securing screws from the burner (see Fig.E), pull it out and unhook it,
•
Substitute the nozzle using a suitable spanner (2) (see the "Technical Data" table).
•
After this procedure, fix the burner again.
•
Regulate the air regulating bush (4) to the corresponding value given in the "technical data" table, unscrewing
the securing screw with relative check nut, regulate the minimum by turning the screw (Fig.F, 1) to the right or
left until the thermal power reaches 1,15 kW: this procedure is possible only after having let the oven burner
work at maximum output for about 20 minutes.
Then turn the thermostat round to the minimum position and adjust.
After regulating, check lighting at both maximum and minimum output. Make sure that, when changing
rapidly from minimum to maximum output, the flame does not present any problems and does not go out when
closing or opening the oven door quickly.
Warning: When working with liquid gas the regulating screw must be screwed right down.
To change the nozzle unscrew the securing screws, move the burner to the right and unhook it. Unscrew the nozzle
(2) with a suitable spanner and change it (see the "Technical Data" table). Regulate the air regulating bush (4) to the
corresponding value given in the "Technical Data" table, unscrewing the securing screw with relative check nut. No
adjustment is necessary for the minimum output because the burner works only with a fixed flame.
