CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Warning: When cleaning do not wash the exterior of the appliance with direct or high pressure water jets.
At the end of each working day clean the appliance thoroughly. Daily cleaning ensures long duration and
efficiency for your appliance. Before beginning to clean turn off the appliance power. Steel parts are to be
washed with hot water and neutral detergent . Rinse well in order to eliminate all traces of the detergent. Dry
with a dry cloth. Do not use abrasive or corrosive cleaners. All food residue must be removed from the grill using
the special spatula.
Remove the grease container, empty it and wash it thoroughly.
Preparation in case of a prolonged period
of discontinued use
Thoroughly clean and dry the appliance following the instructions. Turn off the power.

Instructions in case of breakdowns

If a breakdown develops turn off the appliance, turn off the power by means of the device placed upstream and
call the technical assistance service.

MAINTENANCE

Any maintenance operations are to be carried out exclusively by qualified personnel. Before beginning any
maintenance , take out the plug or disconnect the switch placed upstream.

Accessibility

To gain access to the terminal board, remove the back of the appliance. The command elements can be reached
