Select from WWAN or WAN as the type of interface and then click Next to
continue.
Note: DIR-451 supports two kinds of WAN
interfaces, allowing you to assign either
a WAN or a WWAN(3G) connection as
the Backup WAN. If the Primary WAN is
down or unavailable, configure the Backup
WAN to Enable, and all the traffic will be
routed through Backup WAN. This feature
is called WAN Failover.
Click Prev to go back to the previous page or click Cancel to close the wizard.
Select the Country, ISP and the 3G
Card you are using from the drop-down
boxes to set up a 3G connection. The
User Name, Password, Dial Number
and APN fields are optional. You can
get this information from your Internet
Service Provider (ISP).
Click Next to continue, Prev to go back
to the previous page or Cancel to close
the wizard.
Click Next
Select Static IP if your ISP assigned you
the IP address, subnet mask, gateway, and
DNS server addresses. Each IP address
entered must be in the appropriate format,
which are four octets separated by a dot
(x.x.x.x). The router will not accept the IP
address if it is not in this format.
Click Next to continue, Prev to go back to
the previous page or Cancel to close the
wizard.
