Description of the Connections (fig. 08)
1 - Photocells power supply (connect 1 and 3 - GND)
2 - Photocells contact (connect 2 and 3 - GND)
3 - Ground (GND)
4 - Wall button (connect 4 and 3 - GND)
To safeguard the opener and avoid damaging components while wiring, disconnect the unit from all power when working on it.
Remember that there are specific, strict standards that must be complied with both as regards the safety of the electrical systems and as
regards automatic doors. Whoever carries out these jobs will be held responsible for any damage caused by erroneous installation.
NOTE: Contact MOTORLINE technical department for the wiring diagram for the above connections if uncertain of the correct procedure.
Programing the Logic Board
01 - Press and hold K1 until the LED displays the
02 - Now press K1 again and hold, the door will travel to the open position, release the button when the door has reached the desired position
03 - If the door has overrun its position, press K2 to move it downwards. Adjust the position by pressing K1 and K2
04 - Press K3 to set the open position, the LED will display the
05 - Press and hold K2, the door will travel to the close position, release K2 when it reaches the close position
06 - If the door has overrun its position, proceed as in point 03
07 - Press the K3 to confirm
08 - The door will now open and close automatically to map the open and close sensitivity force requirements
09 - The door is now set for normal operation mode
ADJUSTMENTS
Normally, the force settings are automatically set and adjustment is not necessary. However, the force can be adjusted for special purposes.
10 - Press K2 and hold, the LED will display
force, the central is now in force adjustment mode. Press K1 to increase the force one degree and press K2 to decrease one degree (max. 9 and
min. 1)
11 - Press K3 to confirm the selected operation
EXTRA FUNCTION MODES
The unit has two selectable functioning modes:
- Photocells
- Auto close
PHOTOCELLS
Make sure the photocells have been correctly installed before setting its function
12 - Press K3 and K2 together holding until the LED displays
13 - Press K2 once, the LED displays
Press K2 again, this time it displays (
14 - Press K3 to confirm selected operation and quit
TO SET AUTO-CLOSE ON/OFF AND TIME DELAY
15 - ON/OFF
16 - Press K2 and K3 and hold until the LED displays
17 - Press K1 once, the LED displays (
18 - Press K1 once, the LED displays (
19 - Press K2 as many times as the 10 seconds you want to increase the pause time (max 90 seconds - min. 10 seconds), when it reaches 9, it
goes back to 1; LED will display the selected time
20 - Press K3 to confirm the selected operation
SELF-LEARNING TRANSMITTER
21 - Press K4, a light will blink in the LED display, then press 2 times a button in the transmitter to be programmed until the motor starts
22 - To delete all stored codes, press and hold K4 until dot stops blinking
23 - It is possible to program any 433.92Mhz MOTORLINE transmitter (Dip Switch or Rolling Code)
NOTE: If you want to invert the characters position, turn off the power, press and hold K3, turn on the power and then release K3.
In the end of the installation, you must analyze the door's force. Ex.: when it reaches an obstacle, it has to inverts its course. If it doesn't, set the
force by lowering the scale from 9 to 1 (previous point - ADJUSTMENTS), until the door hits the obstacle and invert its course. THIS IS THE
MOST IMPORTANT SAFETY SYSTEM!
