6.2.2 Checking that the refill flex hoses are in good condition
Inspect the refill hoses and make sure there are no cuts, holes, abrasions,
leaks etc. If necessary replace with new hoses.
6.2.3

Lubricating oil level check

Check that the lubricating oil level (a) is within acceptable limits (MIN.-
MAX.).
Note that an excessive quantity of oil can cause infiltrations in the cylinders
and leave deposits on the valves while too low a level prevents proper
lubrication and could cause engine seizure.
If the oil level is not within the minimum and maximum limits top up or
drain as described in section "7.8 Changing the lubricating oil".
WARNING: If the red light (b) comes on this means that the oil
level is below the permitted minimum; stop the compressor
immediately and restore the correct oil level.
6.2.4

Storing technical documentation

The use and maintenance manual and its appendices must be stored
carefully and must always be kept where they can be accessed easily for
immediate consultation.
WARNING: The use and maintenance manual is an integral
part of the compressor and must always be handed over in
the event of a change of ownership.

6.2.2

Control de la integridad de los latiguillos de recarga

Efectúe una inspección de los latiguillos de recarga y controle que no
presenten cortes, orificios, quemaduras, pérdidas, etc.
Si es necesario cámbielas por latiguillos nuevos.
6.2.3 Comprobación del nivel de aceite lubrificante
Controle que el nivel del aceite lubricante (a) esté dentro de los límites
previstos (MIN.- MAX.).
Se recuerda que un exceso de aceite puede causar infiltraciones en los
cilindros y depósito sobre las válvulas, mientras un nivel demasiado bajo
impide la correcta lubricación y provoca el bloqueo de los cilindros.
Caso que el nivel del aceite no esté dentro de los límites previstos proceda
con las fases de llenado o descarga siguiendo las operaciones indicadas en
el párrafo "7.8 Sustitución del aceite lubrificante".

6.2.4 Cómo guardar la documentación técnica
El manual de uso y mantenimiento y sus anexos, deben guardarse
atentamente, manteniéndolos siempre al alcance de la mano para que
puedan ser consultados rápidamente por el operador.
ATENCIÓN: El manual de uso y mantenimiento es parte
integrante del compresor, por lo tanto debe entregarse al
nuevo usuario en caso de cambios de propiedad.
