HANDLEBAR CABLE ROUTING – MECHANICAL

Tighten stem faceplate
bolts to 6 Nm.
1. Install shifters on handlebar.
2. Place brake housing and E-Wires in the
appropriate channels of the handlebar. (note
that brake housing should exit the channel
before the stem).
3. Attach handlebar to stem, and attach brake
and shifting controls as per manufacturer's
instructions.
Brake housing should
exit the channel on the
underside of the handlebar
before the stem.
