B) Top unit:
- Remove cover frame of the care pump
container, by:
Loosing the two screws on the front cross part of
the cover frame.
- Undo lower part of the unit's leg
- Loosen upper part of the unit's leg with long
spanner 15 mm.
- Fit the screwed legs (pos. 6) instead of the plastic
legs to the unit.
- Fit water hose to the unit and check for leakage
- Put the upper unit onto the stiffening plate of the
lower unit.
- The legs (Pos. 6) must slide completely into the
openings of the 4 corner supports.
Connect cooling fans to the upper unit of the
Combi Duo kit as follows:
- In the bottom of the electric compartment there
are knock outs. Break one of them out.
- Fit the attached cable gland to the knock out.
- Run the wires of the fans through the cable gland
and connect them as shown on the abstract of
the wiring diagram
a) Phase, brown wire , to auxiliary contact
(terminal 13) of the main contactor.
b) Neutral, blue wire, to neutral terminal A2 at
the main contactor.
c) Ground, yellow/green wire with the enclosed
ground terminal of the duo kit to the hat rail.
- Secure cable with the cable gland.
Attention:
If upper unit is a gas unit connections must
be done as shown on pic. 20/22
- Put vent pipe (pos. 5) into exhaust air chamber
(Pos. 3) and secure it at the exhaust pipe of the
upper unit.
- Fit the protective cover (pos. 12) over
the cooling fans:
- Hook up the protective cover to the
corresponding slots of the reinforcement plate
- Fasten the cover with screw M5
- Fix spoiler (Pos. 10) with the quick lock to the
holding angle of the stiffening plate.
- Fit right side panel (pos. 13) with screws to the
stiffening plate

Combi-Duo movable:
- Push the Combi-Duo to its installation position.

- For securing the duo against movement at the
site, fix ground plate (pic. B pos. 16) with the
pic. 12
special adhesive to the floor.
- Run Combi-Duo onto the ground plate, and
secure it with the slider (pic. B pos. 17).
Combi-Duo movable and on wheels:

As an additional safety feature it is possible to
secure these two Combi-Duo models with a chain
against movement.
