Additional Functions
Program Mode
Program mode lets you select tracks that will play in a specific order.
1. While playback is stopped, press the Prog button to enter Program mode.
2. Use the Skip buttons to select the track you want to program. If your media has multiple
folders, first select the folder you want to view, and then press the Prog button to select
the track. Once the track is selected, press the Prog button to program it. The display will
automatically move to the next programmable track.
3. Repeat step 2 to program the other tracks you want to play. You may program the same
track more than once. You can press the Stop button to clear the program.
4. When you have finished programming, press the Prog button again. The display will return
to the beginning of the program (P-01).
5. Press the Play button to begin program playback.
Repeat Modes
Press the Repeat button on the front panel or remote control to cycle through the available
repeat playback options.
• Repeat Track: The currently selected track will repeat.
• Repeat Folder: All tracks in the currently selected folder will repeat.
Note: This option is only available when using USB or SD/SDHC playback.
• Repeat All: All tracks will repeat.
• Random Play: All tracks will play in random order.
• Intro Play: The first 10 seconds of all tracks will play.
• Play All: This is the standard mode, in which tracks will playback consecutively in the
order of their track number.
A-B Repeat Mode
A-B Repeat mode allows you to loop a section of a track to play continuously.
1. During playback, press the A-B button on the front panel or remote control at the point (A)
where you want to start A-B repeat playback. The display will indicate "REPEAT A-" and
the track will continue playing.
2. At the point where you want repeat playback to end (B), press the A-B button once again.
The display will briefly show "REPEAT A-B" before returning to the previous screen. The
region (A-B) has now been specified, and A-B repeat will begin. An AB indicator will
appear in the top right of the display.
Note: Alternatively, you can pause the playback and then specify the start (A) and end (B)
points by pressing and holding the Skip buttons to rewind or fast-forward.
3. To turn off the A-B repeat function, press the A-B button on the front panel or remote
control. The AB indicator in the display will disappear, and A-B repeat playback will be
cancelled. If you cancelled during playback, playback will continue even if the point
specified as the end of A-B repeat play is passed.
